There is a double silicone strap and its length can be adjusted  by using a buckle. It holds without any problem, and the swimmer does not loose them, the goggles hold beautiful. The double strap has the advantage that you can put one higher than the other and the glasses fit better and hold on the head even in case of rapid movements.
