Product description
Michael Phelps Strength Paddle is a high-performance swimming resistance paddle that develops a natural feeling of water thanks to its shape and raised palm support. The paddles are ergonomically shaped and mimic the true structure of the hand’s skeleton to ensure the most natural movement during pace.
The paddles have holes on the surface that improve the feeling of flowing water. Ergonomic strap provides firm grip on wrist and middle finger with adjustable size. Paddles are durable and hydrodynamic.

Just like fins, paddles should not be missing in your bag. Paddles are mainly used to improve the strength of the upper body, or back, chest, shoulders and hands.
MP paddles are my first product from Michael Phelps that I tried. The paddles have been designed to mimic the shape of your hand the most realistic way possible. Raised palm support and openings in the paddles improve water feel.
It was unusual for me at first, especially the palm support was a bit uncomfortable for me for the first few shots, but after a few hundred meters I found it appealing. The paddles are very similar to the shape of your hand, and above all they hold your hand in the correct position you should have when taking a shot. The straps holding the paddles on my hands don’t really suit me. Despite any setup, the paddles still slide and don’t have the proper fixation I need, especially for fast swimming, but this is just my opinion and they can fit everyone differently.
Despite minor shortcomings, these paddles caught my attention and I will definitely use them. The price is very appropriate, and I definitely recommend it for both “newies” and for racing swimmers.
