Product description
Finis Long Floating Fins are long training fins. These fins will give you enough speed and also the right kicking technique, which is very important. They are an ideal choice for increasing leg strength. The material is very pleasant and there are no rough ends on the fins, which would rub on the foot. Specifically natural rubber and rubber. You can use the fins in the pool or when swimming in the open water. A big advantage of Finis Long Floating Fins is the large selection of sizes.
In the water, the fins respond fast, act softly and looked good. The fins have a closed heel, which I prefer more than open, and it is very comfortable. Although the fins appear wide at first glance, after putting them on the material stretches and adapts even to a very narrow leg. When swimming, my heel didn’t slip out of my fins and everything fit as it should have, which is the most important thing when choosing fins. A very interesting thing about them is that the two colors are poured together during production and this creates a remarkable and unique look on the fins.
I do not recommend walking around the pool in the fins, as it could cause damage because they have a long and soft blade that could break. Instead put your fins on the edge of the pool right before you enter the water.
The fins are long and very soft, so I didn’t feel such a strong and dynamic kick as with fins with a shorter and firmer blade. They are too soft for me at the end of the blade and much harder at the top, so I felt too much bending of the fins when kicking stronger, which was unpleasant for my foot.
I would recommend them both for beginners and advanced. I would recommend Finis Long Floating Fins for those learning the right kick technique, as well as fans of total and endurance swimming, where the frequency of the kick is not so important. I would not recommend them for sprinters who, for example, want to improve kick undulation, speed and efficiency, because the period when the fin returns to its original position when kicking is significantly longer compared to short training fins.
