The BornToSwim PB buoy is a fine equipment for practicing the right hand technique and also helps to maintain the correct position of the body while swimming. The buoy is usually placed between the thighs, but can also be held between the knees, calves or ankles to prevent movement of the legs. The buoy is made of soft EVA material, which is very light and does not absorb water.
